Apartments policy

– Check in time 15:00 / Check out time 11:00
– Please let us know for your expected arrival time. We would like to welcome you in person and provide you with aprtment keys as well as any instructions you may need for your stay. You can always contact us for any further assistance.
– Guests must bring an ID card and a credit card upon arrival.
– Apartments cleaning time 09:00 to 13:00
– Apartments are located in a residential area and therefore please respect the residents of the area, especially at noon and night (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00).
– Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments
– Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to the special nature of the building
– Del Taso 1850 building has been declared as protected monument by the Ministry of Culture. The architectural and construction behavior of the building was associated with sensitivity and responsibility towards the history of the building as well as the cultural heritage of our city and acted honestly according to the instructions of the Archaeological Committee for its reconstruction. Therefore, it was not possible to make changes in the exterior and interior space that would allow stays for customers with mobility problems. We want your understanding.
