Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge 14 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation 7 days before your arrival you will be charged with night. In case of cancellation the day of arrival or in case of non-show, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

Special offers
In the case of special offers, we follow the special offer cancellation policy.

Group reservation (2 rooms and up)
Guests that book more than 2 apartments, must pay full booking fee in advance. In case of cancellation 40 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 40 days prior to arrival or non-show, the total rental cost of the reservation will be charged.
